Seasonal and transient overnight stay campers will be allowed, however, all campers must follow federal, provincial and regional health guidelines and recommendations as publicly directed. Transient overnight and limited stay camper will be limited to 50% occupancy (50% of total # of available transient sites to be occupied) or as defined by the Area Supervisor. Group campsites/reservations will be permitted based on Provincial guidelines. Washroom and shower facilities will be open. Campers will be encouraged to use bathroom facilities in their trailers or recreational vehicles. Bathroom/shower facilities will be open with enhanced sanitation protocols. Contact-less transactions will be preferred (electronic payment, delivery of fire wood, etc.) . Enhanced cleaning and disinfection efforts to be undertaken in campground sites and in all public/shared spaces (e.g. picnic table, garbage cans and other high-touch surfaces). All recreational facilities that can be opened while meeting provincial health recommendations will be opened. All community events may be permitted with participant limitations based on Provincial guidelines for gatherings.
The LTVCA will be following instructions provided by the government of Canada, Province of Ontario and local officials regarding opening campgrounds as we continue to address this pandemic.

When the next phase of camping proceeds, campers will be notified and required to practice social distancing and follow rules set out by the LTVCA to address the spread of COVID-19.
